This past weekend I took a mini vacation away from Little Blue Feathers to spend time with one of my best friends from college while she visited Ohio. I love this girl so much, and I wish we didn't live states away from each other. Fortunately, it makes visits more special and a reason to travel to North Carolina every year.
This weekend we visited some of our favorites in Ohio and I accompanied her as her date to a 25th anniversary party for her uncle and aunt. We danced so much that I think I got the best leg work out I've had in a while. That's when you know you had a great time ;)
Some friends will always have a special place in your heart, and this is one of those girls for me. I'm thankful I was able to spend some quality time with friends this weekend.
